Harold Lehon
Harold Lehon - Managing Partner of Naked Kitchen Group
A member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Harold Lehon is an experienced senior business strategy and operations executive who most recently served as the president, CEO, and director of ZoMazz, Inc.
He previously functioned as the president of Hydraulics Technology, Inc. & Hayden Industrial Products, both of which manufactured products for Fortune 500 companies. Over the course of two years, Harold Lehon drove a 50 percent increase in revenue via executive personnel changes, and he increased output by 25 percent by implementing LEAN manufacturing techniques. In his prior role as an operating executive and affiliate at Rigel Associates, LLC & Audax Group, he worked on a project to secure $60 million in private equity funding and organized its restructuring. He also served in executive roles at Xyratex Technology Limited and KLA-Tencor Corporation, both of which generated in excess of $1.5 billion in annual revenue.
Complementing his experience, Harold Lehon holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Clemson University and has completed professional development courses at The Aspen Institute and the California Institute of Technology. Active in the real estate and hospitality sectors in the San Francisco Bay Area, he concurrently serves as managing partner at Naked Kitchen Group and director and treasurer of the Carmella Home Owners Association.
